• Most suicides occur on Sunday nights.
• Most heart attacks occur on Monday mornings.

These facts say a lot about Americans' attitude toward work.  Most of us begrudge the countless commuting hours, the wearying workweek, the exhaustion at day's end.  Work has become a treadmill, fulfillment a fantasy.

Perhaps what we need most is not a new job but a new perspective.  God longs to make a difference in the whole of our lives, not just our Sundays.  Our work matters as much to HIm as our worship.  He can revolutionize our work, giving us a new reason to get up on Monday.
