Since 1971, our teams have ministered in some 3000 churches throughout North America. In recent years, we have witnessed a growing tension in local churches between those with positions of spiritual leadership and those they are supposed to be leading.

Hardly a week passes that we do not hear of a major rift involving local church leadership. The conflict may be between a pastor and his congregation, between a pastor and his staff, between elders/deacons and the people they have been called to serve, or between the pastor and the elders/deacons who serve with him.

The Men God Uses

Revival is always a personal thing, and no one is used in revival who is not himself revived first.
