One of the "Best Years Ever"

WHEN SOMEONE PRAYED LAST AUGUST for our teams to have "the best year ever," we could not have imagined the extent to which God would answer. These past ten months have

been punctuated by a series of "firsts." These brief accounts of heart change can become seeds of
faith as we seek the Lord to dramatically awaken our nation to the power of the gospel. What a great way to begin our 41st season of ministry!
For the first time . . .

• We received over 5,000 hand written notes describing deep life change.
• 30,000 different individuals attended our meetings, with an estimated cumulative attendance of more than 250,000.
• 70% of the Sunday morning attendance participated in weeknight services.
• Love offerings exceeded our faith goal of $1.2 million.
• We have a significant waiting list of churches wanting our teams.

But the stats and facts only provide a small glimpse of the far greater work God did in the hearts of thousands who experienced another series of "firsts."
For the first time . . .

• I have my life back after being in a very dark place for a very long time.
• I was able to confess and release my sin of abortion as a young teen.
• I don't feel a need to abuse alcohol and sex in order to deal with depression.
• I am able to forgive my mother for abandoning me when I was 15.
• I fell on my knees and repented, accepted His love and forgiveness, and have peace.
• I pray and read the Bible without ceasing.
