November 4-5, women from 30 states and 3 countries will gather in Indianapolis for revive '11! This conference is specifically designed for women who minister to other women.
Leaders in women's ministry face incredible pressures and serve unending needs in their churches and families. Through personal refreshment and practical resources, our hearts' desire is that ladies will leave this conference with a revived passion to serve the women in their area of influence.
Our desire is to continue providing resources and encouragement related to revival and spiritual renewal. We want to equip Women's Ministry Leaders with the practical tools they need to experience and lead other women into such movements.
Would you consider setting aside a special extra time during this next week to intercede for the conference? Below are just a few of many prayer requests:
- Please pray for speakers Nancy Leigh DeMoss, Pastor Crawford Loritts, Susan Hunt, Holly Elliff, Kim Wagner, and musician Fernando Ortega as they challenge, encourage, and equip over 1,000 ladies.
- Pray for obedient hearts and changed lives—works wrought by God's Spirit that will literally change our culture for Christ's kingdom.
- Please lift up in prayer the mothers who are making plans to attend—that all the necessary details involved in childcare, husband's needs, and household and other responsibilities would be well covered, freeing them to listen without distraction as the Word is spoken.
- Though we pray that all details will go smoothly, we also know that God often works through mistakes and failures, humbling us and constraining us to cry out for His grace. Pray for all that occurs to bear the stamp of His presence and to work together for His ultimate praise and glory.
- Cry out to God for the women who will come to the conference, that even now they will be overwhelmed with the realization of ways they have grieved God and others. Ask God to give them tears of repentance and sorrow over their sin so that when they attend the conference, much work will have already been accomplished in hearts.
