1 Our three road teams begin their 39th year of traveling the United States with the message that the church needs to return to her first love, Jesus Christ. Pray for them as they preach, teach, sing, minister to children, and serve God’s people in numerous ways. May this be the year God sends a powerful, sweeping revival among His people and a spiritual awakening among the lost!

2 Our files are filled with first-hand accounts of how God has radically changed individual lives, families, and church communities this past year. Thank and glorify Him with us that He was gracious and used our summits, camp programs, publications, campus ministry outreaches, and retreats at The Lodge to bring about eternal results.

3 Revive Our Hearts celebrates their eighth anniversary as a radio ministry today! Thank God for His faithful direction and abundant provision to grow this outreach, which now broadcasts on at least 274 stations.

4 This month, Revive Our Hearts is moving its recording operations from Little Rock, Arkansas, to our National Ministry Center in Buchanan, Michigan. Keep praying that the move would go well and that all important details will be considered and covered.

5 Throughout the fall, Collegiate Impact will be serving campus ministers at Montana State University. Please pray that “streams of living water” will go out to the driest, darkest parts of this campus.

6 Today, Steve Canfield, Jeremiah Canfield, and the Blue Team open a two-week summit at Highland Baptist Church in Grove City, Ohio. Pray for a work of genuine revival and spiritual awakening in this community.

7 Life Action’s one-week and two-week summits first emphasize church members’ relationship with God and then their relationships with each other. Pray that God will keep the messengers’ words fresh, spoken with humility and love, and their lives powerful and genuine with all.

8 Pray that God will expand the influence of Revive Our Hearts’ radio program and ministries this year, using them to powerfully turn even more hearts to Christ and His kingdom.

9 Life Action Camp is hosting several retreats for private groups this month. Pray that exposure to the camp facilities and staff will open the door for continued ministry.

10 The Chuck Deinum family is very close to raising their entire support and being able to join us full-time at the camp. Also, Jeff and Jeannie Bryant plan to join the Road Team Services Department at our National Ministry Center when their home sells. Please ask God to speed these families on their way.

11 Pray for Collegiate Impact staff members Dave Warn and Sunu Thomas as they lead tonight’s opening Jericho Partnership meeting with campus ministry leaders and hundreds of Montana State University students.

12 Del Fehsenfeld serves as the pre-summit speaker at Cornerstone Church in St. Cloud, Florida, today. Pray that God would help him as he prepares the congregation for the team’s arrival in a few weeks.

13 Ryan Loveing, Ben Slenk, and the Revival Conference Team are ministering in a THIRST conference through Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Troy, Tennessee. Pray that God’s presence and power will be evident and will saturate this time.

14 Life Action will host its annual Vision Gathering October 30–31 for those interested in supporting our ministry. Pray that God will clearly direct as plans are made and carried out during the next several weeks.

15 The Heart-Cry for Revival conference, which is for Christian leaders burdened for revival, will take place November 9–12 at The Cove in Asheville, North Carolina. Begin praying that God will do a deep work that will spill over into many lives in many places.

16 Collegiate Impact staff members Dave Warn, Sunu Thomas, and Wesley Bullard are writing a discipleship series on personal and campus transformation. Please pray that God will mightily use these scriptural materials on campuses throughout our nation.

17 Sarah Stevenson, who leads Revive Our Hearts retreats for women’s ministry directors, will speak this Saturday at a retreat at Evangelical Free Church in Atlantic, Iowa. Pray that her words will be Scripture-centered, powerful, and eternally impacting for Christ’s kingdom.

18 Pray for Dave Warn and Sunu Thomas as they speak at Montana State’s Chi Alpha fall retreat. Pray for sensitive, obedient hearts and for God’s kingdom purposes for this campus to be fulfilled.

19 Two months ago today, God called Stephen Maines to His eternal home. Stephen grew up in Life Action as a staff child, and last year served as a semi-truck driver and Children’s Minister on the Revival Conference Team. He planned to travel this summit year also. As the result of a traffic collision, he is now in the presence of Jesus. Please pray for John and Sheila, his nine siblings, and his fellow team members, as they grieve yet rejoice.

20 Laine Johnson, Wilson Green, and the Red Team are ministering in a week-long summit at First Baptist Church in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Pray for hearts to submit to Christ’s lordship, and that individuals will reflect His glory to their community through humble, joyful, peace-filled lives.

21 A four-day THIRST conference is taking place through Wednesday at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Pray that the Holy Spirit will do a genuine, refreshing work that will open doors to greater future ministry.

22 Revive Our Hearts retreats for women’s ministry directors are being planned for October and November at The Lodge. Pray that God would direct every aspect so that we may wisely and effectively minister to these influential women leaders.

23 John Wreford has served with Life Action for the past 24 years. Cover him and Tammy and their teenage son in prayer today as they look forward to many more years of ministry.

24 Pray for the Collegiate Impact staff as they continue developing materials that focus on streams of living water, revival, and campus transformation. Pray that they will be anointed by the Holy Spirit.

25 As Byron Paulus leads pre-summit meetings this weekend at Church at the Cross in Grapevine, Texas, pray that the Lord will begin reviving the hearts of His people.

26 Cover the Revival Conference Team with your prayers as they open a four-day THIRST conference tomorrow at Fortified Hills Baptist Church in Dallas, Georgia.

27 Today, the Blue Team begins a two-week summit at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Boone, North Carolina. Pray for an outpouring of conviction, repentance, and grace during these days.

28 Tammy Zebell serves with Revive Our Hearts. Please pray for her and her husband, Bill, today, for God’s blessing and protection on their family, work, and ministry.

29 Revive Our Hearts sponsors a Pure in Heart conference for tween girls and their mothers and grandmothers. Pray for the planning of a November conference in Colleyville, Texas, that God’s clear direction would be given and fully followed.

30 Immanuel Bible Church in Springfield, Virginia, is the site of a Revive Our Hearts conference in two weeks. Ask God to minister through Nancy Leigh DeMoss and her team in a powerful way during these two days.
