Invest in Spiritual Revival Today

We are entering these final hours of 2009 with a great sense of anticipation, as well as some of the most significant financial needs we have known in our nearly four decades of ministry. The gap between our ministry outreach budget and our available funding is nearly $500,000, as of yesterday's donations. We have no reserve to turn to.

That is a great place to be as we turn to the Lord, once again, in total dependence on Him! Isn't that the way it is with revival in our nation? Apart from God, there is no hope. But with God, hope abounds!

Based on conservative projections, we anticipate 2010 to be a record-setting year in terms of outreach opportunities:

• More people will attend our summits and conferences than in any previous year.
• We expect to break this year's record attendance at our family camps.
• We look forward to the most ever pastors and leaders attending retreats at our Lodge. 
• We anticipate more Revive Our Hearts conference registrants and radio listeners than ever.
• Users of our message content by way of Internet will likely double.

These primary areas of ministry by which we will be proclaiming the message of revival will only be as impacting as God chooses to empower them with His presence. So before we turn the calendar to a new decade, would you stop and pray for God's Holy Spirit to accompany everything we do this next year? We need His power!!

And if the Lord has blessed you financially, would you prayerfully consider investing in spiritual revival by giving to Life Action this week? I believe bridging the gap between Life Action's available resources and its expanding ministry opportunities will help close the gaping hole in the spiritual, moral, and economic fabric of our culture. If not revival, then what else will?
